Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

Plain English terms for using SpendFrame. If something isn't clear, email us at [email protected].

Using SpendFrame

SpendFrame is a planning tool for personal and professional use. You can use it to plan renovations, home builds, interior design projects, and similar activities.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login details with others. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Your content

The projects, rooms, and items you create in SpendFrame are yours. We don't claim ownership of your content. We store it on your behalf to provide the service and for no other purpose.

Affiliate links

SpendFrame may add affiliate tags to product links in your project. This allows us to earn a small referral commission if you purchase through that link. The retailer, product, and price are never changed. You are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Product information

SpendFrame automatically fetches product names, prices, and images from retailer websites. This information may not always be accurate or up to date. Prices in SpendFrame are for planning purposes only — always verify the current price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

What we don't allow

You may not use SpendFrame to scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the service. You may not use automated tools to access SpendFrame in ways that place unreasonable load on our systems. You may not use SpendFrame for any unlawful purpose.

Service availability

We aim to keep SpendFrame available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service down for maintenance or updates from time to time. We'll give advance notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

SpendFrame is a planning tool. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on information in the app. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of SpendFrame beyond what is required by Australian consumer law.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time. When you do, your data is deleted from our systems. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. For international users, we aim to comply with applicable local consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith before escalating to formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app. Continued use of SpendFrame after changes means you accept the updated terms.
