We built SpendFrame to be trustworthy. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and use it to authenticate you. We store the projects, rooms, and items you create in SpendFrame — this is your data and it exists solely to provide the service to you.
We collect basic usage data to understand how the product is being used and to improve it. This includes things like which features are used and how often, but not the content of your projects.
SpendFrame earns a small referral commission when you purchase a product through a link in your project. Product links may include an affiliate tag. This never changes the retailer, the product, or the price you pay — it simply lets the retailer know the visit came from SpendFrame.
We never use affiliate revenue to influence what products are shown to you or to push you toward any particular purchase. The links in your project are always the ones you added.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your project contents with anyone. We do not use your data to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing SpendFrame to you.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is stored in Australia where possible. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.
You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to correct any inaccurate information by contacting us at [email protected].
SpendFrame uses cookies only for authentication — to keep you logged in between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
